Elyria High School (1996-2000)
2000: Finished as Division I state runner-up with a second place in shot put (45-8 ½). She also placed fourth in Division I discus with a Lorain County record throw of 140-10.
2000: Placed second in shot put (46-5) and third in discus (133-6) at the Amherst Division I Regional to advance to state. She qualified to regionals with her fourth straight district title for shot put (45-9 ½) and won her first-ever district title for discus (121-11) at the Amherst Division I District.
1999: Division I state champion for shot put with a throw of 44-5 ¼.
1999: McCall won her third straight regional shot put title at the Amherst Division I Regional with a Lorain County record throw of 47-4 ½. She placed seventh in discus at the Amherst Regional with a throw of 117-3. McCall captured the shot put title at the Amherst District with a throw of 46-5. She also placed third in discus (128-2).
1998: Placed third in the Division I girls state shot put with a toss of 43-8.
1998: McCall won the Margaretta Division I Regional for shot put with a toss of 42-8 3/4. She advanced to regionals by winning the Amherst District with a throw of 40-6 ½.
1997: Took ninth in shot put at the Division I state meet with a throw of 38-5 ¼
1997: Won the Oak Harbor Regional with a toss of 41-1. McCall captured the Amherst District with a throw of 40-1 ¼.
1997-2000. McCall was a three-time Lake Erie League shot put champion and two-time LEL discus winner. As a freshman she won the shot put crown at the 10th and final Erie Shore Conference with a throw 36-3 ¼.

The Ohio State University (2000-05)
2003: McCall exceeded 48 feet indoors four times for shot put including a season-best 48-7 ½. She took ninth at the 2003 NCAA Mideast Outdoor Regional Championships with a throw of 49-11 ¾. McCall was eighth at the Big Ten Outdoors (49-5). She threw a season-best for shot put of 50-8 and season-best for discus of 156-8 at the Campbell invite.
2002: McCall provisionally qualified for the 2002 indoor national championships in the weight throw with an OSU indoor record-setting throw of 52-9. She captured the Big Ten Indoor title for shot put and was All-American. McCall qualified for outdoor nationals in shot put and was second in Big Ten Outdoors.
2001: McCall finished second as a freshman at the 2001 Big Ten Indoor Championships. McCall set a school record in the shot put with a throw of 52-8. She was fourth in the shot put and eighth in the discus with a personal best 155-6 at the Big Ten Outdoors.
