1998: Division III 100-meter state champion (11.19), 200-meter state champion (22.19)
1997: Division III 100-meter state champion (11.01), 200-meter state runner-up (22.15)
Anderson is one of only two high school boys from Lorain County to ever win back-to-back 100-meter/100-yard state championships. Clearview’s Otis Jenkins is the only other local athlete to earn the accomplishment, winning the 100-yard dash for Class A in 1972 and ’73.
